Cleared up yeast issues in 2 weeks.

Flavour is fantastic. I found using just a piece of lemon peel better than using an entire slice. I vary between 24, 36 and 48 hour ferments. Haven't double fermented yet because I really like the taste of it as is. So do all my kiddos. We are still drinking only a very small amount almost daily and we have had many yeast problems clear up. While our diet has been clean up significantly, the level of success from this little venture has been well worth it. Trying my hand at home made sourdough started now with great success so far. I bought 2 packets of kefir grains. One was pure Vinegar when I got it. I attempted to balance them by replacing the sugar water daily, however it wasn't going so well and i decided to discard it once other packet began more than doubling every day after about a week. .I now have 5 glasses going, all needing to be divided again. About to gift to friends of friends and try random things like dried figs in a couple.
