I understand that many urgent care centers are limited with what they can do, but surely a provider is capable of writing referrals for services. Was given a corticosteroid shot, which worked for about 10 minutes. Should have had an MRI done to find out just how bad and deep my pain was.

I fell in the morning and hurt my wrist really bad. I knew I needed to get a xray. I had called another location but there were only 3 that radiology techs. I called and made an appointment knowing I needed to be quick because the tech left at 2:00.They got me in quick did the X-rays and splinted me up. The dr gave me directions on what I needed to do and called in a prescription for pain killers.These ladies we amazing! From start to finish I felt very well taken care of.Thank you all so very much. Still hurts like crazy though.

Went there for a walk-in and had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an appointment. The person who looked at me said there was nothing wrong and that there was nothing they could do besides give me pain relief. Come to find out I had a raging infection that they over looked and didn’t give me antibiotics for. Needless to say I will not be going back there for the antibiotics.

Was scheduled at 5:30pm, I had been sick for 4-5 days didn’t know why I wasn’t getting better so I guess the time I went in was a little bit before it was closing so they took me in checking my vitals. The nurse was kind of rushing and a little rude if I didn’t answer the questions precisely sorry I didn’t go to nursing school or anything. How to take three swab test at the same time it was pretty uncomfortable. When I would ask something or say, something made me feel kind of dumb. The doctor was OK. She seemed kind of rushy as well. Just did like normal vital checks, but didn’t really seem to be into why I was sick for so long and wasn’t really listening to what I had to say so she just wrote me prescriptions. It just didn’t seem like they generally cared about me as their patient so I don’t think I’ll be returning there.

I have a problem with UTIs and have been suffering for 8 months and I just wanted to have an easier way to see a Dr without going to the hospital where I had started back in November to treat my UTI problems. I was pleased beyond belief your urgent care was beautiful. I had a wonderful Dr who seamed to really care ifot me and my problems.

I went in with my arm red and swollen, expecting it to be cellulitis. The Dr came in took one look said it was staph arthritis and I needed to have it drained. I asked about cellulitis and she discarded it and said I had to go to the ER to be see. I explained I went to urgent care because I couldn't afford the ER. She refused to do anything and gave me a referral to the ER. Needless to sat, the ER confirmed it was cellulitis, gave me a script for antibiotics. Said there was no reason urgent care couldn't have take care of it. Very disappointed in doctor and over assessing the situation.

I have been dealing with ear pain and dizziness. This morning I woke up with loss of hearing on one side. I explained that I was experiencing those symptoms along with ear pain and dizziness. Was hoping to get a prescription to help ease my pain. Left with nothing but a paper saying if I experience all the symptoms I’m already experiencing to seek immediate care. I was there for exactly those symptoms and got nothing. Just a big bill and no help.
