There are many campus activities, a cute movie theatre on Main Street, and parties on campus every weekend if that's your thing. More importantly, for me at least, are the opportunities for research and studying abroad. The academics are great. Again, I agree with those who say it is a very liberal campus and that is a good thing to me. It's a bonus. Grinnell is academically rigorous. It's a place for people excited by ideas and focused on being a part of positive change in the world. Grinnell sends a large number of volunteers to the Peace Corps each year.
